Thank you for choosing my notary services. I truly appreciate your trust in me. Please take a moment to read the following disclaimer regarding scheduling deposits:
I require a $15 non-refundable scheduling deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of services if the appointment takes place as scheduled. However, please note that the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment.
If you need to reschedule, I’m happy to assist, depending on availability the deposit will be applied to your new appointment. In exceptional cases, exceptions to this policy may be made at my discretion. If you have unique circumstances, feel free to reach out directly to discuss further.
By proceeding with the booking and submitting the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of this disclaimer regarding the non-refundable booking deposit.
Balance Settlement: The remaining balance for services will be processed on the day of the appointment.

The service fees are charged for the time and travel. There is no additional charge per document. The payment is due upon arrival.
